2009 Taylor Baseball Alumni RHP Kyle Swannack of Bellevue College and LHP/OF Mac Acker of Colombia Basin College were named  their regions MVP's in the NWAACC conference for the 2011 season. Swannack earned the North Region MVP going 6-0 with a 1.33 era. In his 54 innings this year he had 52 K's with only 5 BB's. Acker was the East Region MVP hitting for a .380 avg with 38 RBI's and 12 doubles. On the mound he was 5-1 posting a 1.59 era. Swannack has signed with WSU while Acker recently signed with UW.
